Services Provided
Knack Clean Co. offers subscription-based and one-time residential and commercial cleaning services.
All services are booked, paid for, and managed through our online platform.
Service Areas
Service availability is based on zip code.
We currently serve Colorado markets.
Availability may vary based on service type and crew capacity.
Subscription Plans
Subscriptions auto-renew based on the selected service frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly).
You may adjust, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your client portal.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled cleaning to avoid charges.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking.
Subscription charges will be processed automatically.
If a payment fails, your service may be suspended until the balance is paid.
Scheduling & Access
Clients must provide safe access to the property on the scheduled service date.
Missed appointments due to lack of access may result in a fee.
Service Guarantee
We guarantee a clean finish on all services.
If any aspect of your service does not meet expectations, you must notify us within 24 hours for resolution.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and providing a safe work environment for our teams.
Use of Photos & Data
Photos of completed work may be used for internal quality assurance and marketing purposes.
Client data is never sold or shared, except as needed to process transactions and schedule services.
Limitations of Liability
Knack Clean Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions.
Normal wear, aging materials, or unforeseen issues may limit results on some surfaces.
Changes of Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated at any time.
Clients are encouraged to review terms periodically.
